Products & Services

Starlume Stitchery offers original cross stitch designs and related materials, including:

  • Digital cross stitch patterns (PDF format)

  • Printable pattern files

  • Physical printed patterns (made to order)

  • Cross stitch kits (when available)

Products may be delivered digitally or physically depending on the listing.

Digital Product Availability

Digital products are available for purchase worldwide.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Transactions are processed within the United States

  • These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. laws

Physical Product Shipping

Physical items are currently shipped within the United States only.

Orders placed outside supported shipping regions may be canceled at our discretion.

Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered through one or more of the following methods:

  • Instant download after purchase

  • Email delivery

  • Secure access links

You are responsible for:

  • Downloading and saving your files

  • Maintaining access to your purchased content

  • Ensuring your device can open standard file formats such as PDF

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or deleted files after download

  • User error in accessing files

  • Software or device compatibility issues

Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not offered except as outlined in our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Payment Disputes

By purchasing from this Site, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered products.

If a dispute occurs, we reserve the right to provide documentation including purchase confirmation, delivery records, and file access history.

License & Acceptable Use

All products are provided under a limited, non-transferable license.

You are purchasing the right to use the design, not ownership of the design itself.

  • Creation of finished stitched items for personal use or small-scale sale

  • Sharing, distributing, or transferring files

  • Uploading files to any platform or service

  • Reselling or reproducing the pattern in any format

  • Claiming the design as your own

Each purchase grants usage rights to a single individual only.

Violation of these terms may result in revoked access, purchase restrictions, or further action.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, patterns, and content are the property of Starlume Stitchery and are protected under United States copyright law.

Purchase does not transfer ownership.

Unauthorized use includes:

  • Copying or reproducing designs

  • Sharing or distributing files

  • Uploading content to any platform

  • Selling or redistributing designs in any form

We reserve the right to take action, including removal requests and legal enforcement, where necessary.

Physical Products

Physical items are made to order.

Processing time is typically 3–7 business days prior to shipment.

All physical sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.

If an item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photo documentation. We will review and determine an appropriate resolution.

Product Representation

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However:

  • Colors may vary depending on screen settings

  • Finished results may differ based on materials and technique

  • Mockups are provided for visual reference only

We are not responsible for variations in finished outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starlume Stitchery is not liable for:

  • Results from use of our patterns

  • Errors made during stitching

  • Loss of materials, time, or project outcomes

Use of our products is at your own discretion and risk.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of any revised Terms.
