At Starlume Stitchery, we offer original cross stitch patterns provided as digital downloads and made-to-order physical products.
Due to the nature of these items, all sales are considered final. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Digital Product Policy
All digital products are delivered as downloadable files. This may include:

Cross stitch patterns (PDF format)
-
Printable pattern files
-
Any additional digital materials included with a purchase
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except in the limited situations outlined below.
No Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are final once a purchase is completed.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after purchase

Accidental purchases (excluding duplicate purchases of the exact same product)

Failure to review the product description

Misunderstanding of what is included
-
Skill level mismatch

Personal preference or material compatibility

Color variations due to screen settings or printing results
It is the customer’s responsibility to review all product details prior to purchasing.
Duplicate Purchases
If the same product is purchased more than once by mistake, you may request a refund for the duplicate order.
To qualify:

The purchase must be for the identical product

You must contact us within 24 hours of purchase

The request must not show signs of repeated misuse
Duplicate purchase refunds are reviewed and approved at our discretion.
Pattern Errors & File Issues
If a file is found to be incomplete, defective, or contains an error, we will correct the issue.
This may include:

Providing a corrected file
-
Replacing the original download
-
Supplying any missing components
This is the primary form of post-purchase support provided for digital products.
Physical Products (Printed Patterns & Kits)
Physical items are made to order.
Processing time is typically 3–7 business days before shipment.
Due to the custom nature of these products:

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted

All physical sales are final
If an order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photo documentation. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Unauthorized Use & Policy Violations
We reserve the right to deny support, revoke access to digital products, or take further action if a customer violates our Terms of Service.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Sharing or distributing pattern files

Uploading files to any platform
-
Reselling or reproducing designs
-
Initiating fraudulent claims or misuse of services
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for delivered digital products.
If a dispute is filed, we reserve the right to provide documentation showing purchase confirmation, file delivery, and access history.
Fraudulent disputes may result in:

Revocation of access to purchased files

Restriction from future purchases

Additional action where appropriate
