How will I receive my pattern?

All patterns are delivered as digital downloads.

After purchase, you will receive:

  • Instant download access
  • Or an email containing your download link

We recommend downloading and saving your files for future access.

What is included in each pattern?

Each pattern typically includes:

  • A full cross stitch chart (PDF format)
  • Color and symbol chart
  • Thread color guide (DMC or equivalent)
  • Stitch count and finished size details
  • Pattern Keeper-compatible file (when supported)

Do you include thread colors?

Yes.

All patterns include a full thread color list so you know exactly what is required before you begin stitching.

We believe in providing complete information upfront so you can plan your project with confidence.

What fabric count are your patterns designed for?

Most patterns are designed with standard fabric counts in mind, commonly:

  • 14 count Aida

Finished size will vary depending on the fabric count used. Each product listing includes sizing information to help you plan your project.

How many strands should I use?

Patterns are designed with 2 strands of thread in mind, which is the most common standard for cross stitch.

You may choose to use more or fewer strands depending on your preferred coverage, but this will affect the amount of thread required.

Are your patterns hand-drawn?

Yes.

All patterns are carefully designed and assembled by hand to ensure clean layouts, balanced composition, and a more enjoyable stitching experience.

We do not rely on heavy auto-conversion methods that create excessive confetti or unnecessary complexity.

What skill level are your patterns?

Skill level varies by design and is noted on each product page.

Many patterns are suitable for:

  • Beginner to intermediate stitchers

If you are new to cross stitch, starting with simpler designs is recommended before moving to more detailed pieces.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not offered except in limited situations outlined in our Refunds & Returns Policy.

What if I accidentally purchase the same pattern twice?

If the same pattern is purchased more than once, you may contact us within 24 hours.

Duplicate purchase requests are reviewed and may be approved at our discretion.

What if there is a problem with my file?

If your file is missing, incomplete, or not functioning correctly, please contact us.

We will review the issue and may provide:

  • A replacement file
  • A corrected version
  • Missing components, if applicable

 

 

Can I sell items made from your patterns?

Yes, with limitations.

You may:

  • Sell finished, hand-stitched items in small quantities

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or copy the pattern
  • Upload the pattern to any website or platform
  • Resell the pattern in any format

All designs remain the property of Starlume Stitchery.

Do you offer physical products?

Yes. Physical products such as printed patterns or kits may be available.

  • All physical items are made to order
  • Processing time is typically 3–7 business days

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

  • Digital products are available worldwide
  • Physical products are currently shipped within the United States only

International shipping for physical items is not available at this time.

What if my physical order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos.

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
